I just read over at IGN that Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden II has officially broke the one million sold mark.This is great news for Ninja Gaiden fans.It shows that despite some questionable reviews of the game (I'm looking at you 1up) word of mouth has helped the game get the sales it deserves.I also think this news is especially significant considering the assinine remarks made by Devil May Cry,Viewtiful Joe & Okami creator Hideki Kamiya in which he disses the Ninja Gaiden games asserting they were'nt interesting.He also said that since he made the original DMC noone had moved the action genre forward.This statement makes it blatently obvious that he has not played the Ninja Gaiden games because if he had played them he would see just how far Team Ninja pushed the genre.
Anyway, congrats to Tecmo,Team Ninja & Itagaki for making a killer game (no pun intended) that has proved it's quality by selling a ton of copies.
